Is it hard to lose the stubborn fat ?
I weighed 105 kg three years back. I started going to the gym regularly and reduced my weight at about 0.5 - 1.5 kg per month. Eight months ago I weighed 92 kilos. But now the problem is that despite continuing the same exercise routine, I am not losing any more weight. As per the gym instructors I changed my exercise pattern and increased my exercise routine, but still haven't lost any weight. I have fat mostly in my abdominal region. My thighs, back and arms are perfect. When I went for review the visiting medical expert in my gym said that I have stubborn fat and it is hard to get rid of it. What should I do?
