I found out 2 months back that my bf was a married man. I broke up with him immediately but since then I have been in constant depression. I have lost appetite and sleep.Also I have no will to be with anyone now. I have contemplated suicide also many a times. Please help me counter negative thoughts and suggest ways through which I can bring a positive outlook to the life again. Also, he has approached me many a times in these 2 months even though I have told him that I don't want to see him anymore. Please help!
